We have converted our business into all meal plans, bulk vegan items, and catering- due to the overwhelming demand for these services. We possess over 30 years (combined experience) in vegan cooking and living. Bretta is a PhD chemist/nutritionist/educator and Belinda is an artist and veteran. Mother Betty is also a veteran and looks young enough to be one of the 'sistas'. All of our foods are made from scratch, using the top ingredients. Most ingredients are organic. Everything is 100% vegan and most of the foods are gluten free. We only use soy by special request.
